These terms cover easelight.ai and the courses and materials sold by Easelight, Los Angeles County, California.

Educational content

Our courses teach ways to keep AI risks controlled. They are not legal, security or compliance advice and do not guarantee any system is secure.

Course license

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for as long as we offer them. Team seats are per person.

Payments, delivery & presale

Prices are shown at checkout via Stripe. After purchase, we email your materials and course access from [email protected]. Presale video lessons are delivered as each one is released.

Services

Preflight and Agent One are quoted individually. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easelight’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
